Shipping and Pickup

• Orders placed during store hours (8:15 AM to 4:15 PM) will be processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Items placed on a school break (see TOS for more detail) will be processed upon returning
• We offer in-store pickup and limited on-campus delivery options. Delivery details will be communicated during the checkout process.
• You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup or delivery.

Returns and Exchanges

• Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
• To process a return or exchange, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
• Returns are accepted for store credit or a full refund to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

• Clearance or final sale items are not eligible for returns.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately so we can replace it or offer a refund.
